Diana Copperwhite Oil on Canvas
In this example the artist had painted the canvas on a 40mm stretcher. To ensure the glass did not touch the painting we used a deep profile frame to ensure that the glass did not touch the painted surface. we gave space around the work so that the shadow of the frame would not come across the face of the work, museum glass was also used so no reflections would be seen and to protect the work . Finally we finished the frame in in a hard wearing white soft sheen lacquer.
